InSANE in the Membrane - Raina's Gratitude Journal
I haven't been so diligent with my other journal, but I started an offline gratitude journal when I originally got injured. It has contributed massively to keeping my frame of mind in a positive space. I'm now bringing that offline gratitude journal into this support group here to share with you all

@RainaSingh I can truly appreciate the hair ties. I know I have about 100 of them around the house, my hubby is always complaining about them laying about and the funny thing is, I can never find one when I want one and for some reason they are never considerate enough to make it back into the bins where they belong...I blame it on the dogs

- Being able to have a shower at the office
- Yoghurt

Today I am grateful for:
- Having another physiotherapist stand in for my regular one while she is away getting married
- My dentist, who has a preventative care approach and has a system in place to track dental health over time, highlighting problems at the beginning, not when they're going to cost thousands of dollars to sort out
- Having the day off work - it was nice to come home, make a delicious SANE lunch and put my feet up for a while

Today I am grateful for:
- The glorious moment I took walking down the driveway to my car this morning where I looked overhead at the early morning sky. It was dark, apart from the stars and the moon. It was like a glittery, iridescent cloak had coated the world and it was breathtaking.
- ProteinPow.com's amazing recipes - a lot of which are SANE friendly! I have a variation of this protein cheesecake chilling as we speak, it was easy to put together and I am hoping will be a great test run for a birthday cake in a couple of weeks.
