Hi SANE family members, I hope you are having a fabulously SANE day! 
Have you uploaded a profile picture for your account yet? I know it might sound a little odd, but this detail is actually pretty important to your own success as well as that of other members. Putting a face to a name removes that psychological feeling of anonymity/invisibility. We want you to show up here in all of your AWESOMENESS!!!! This is a safe place full of love, kindness, and support. We don't want you to ever feel like you need to hide. The less anonymous you feel, the more this group will help you with accountability and make heart-honest connection with the other members.
I just updated my own photo. I felt like I was hiding behind those giant sunglasses!

For instance... my picture on Skype For Business at work is of Grumpy Cat. I'd say that depicts my personality in the office quite well

@AnnGwinn I love that statement! Shout that out! And thank you for putting a beautiful smiling face to the name You should start your own journal here in our community! Start a new discussion and name it something like "Ann's awesome SANE journey" or anything you want, then every day (or whenever you get a chance) update it by writing another comment in that discussion You will get notified when others comment on it. And it is a great way to track your progress in both eating, mind, and body

Great use of Members Area links @SpringRyding. The key thing to remember @LynneValour is to be sure the picture you want to use is saved to the device you are logged in to.

Thanks @Paul_SANECoach, though I must acknowledge, I got the link from the initial post in this topic. I don't know why it shows as a URL in Wednesday's post and as an embedded video in mine, but so long as the info is there, that's what counts.

I updated my profile picture from a panda image to me on September 8, 2019, when I weighed 212 lbs.
